See it underground

Sewer line cleared, no digging

Most main-line clogs don't call for a shovel. When there's an accessible cleanout, we go in through it and clear the line from the inside. Step through what happens below your yard.

  • We work through the existing cleanout, so there's no trench across your lawn for a routine clog.
  • A Spartan Sewer Raider cable machine cuts through roots and grease buildup.
  • We run water down the line afterward to confirm it's draining freely.

1. The problem

Slow drains and gurgling toilets? Out of sight, tree roots and grease have choked the sewer line, and wastewater is backing up.

FAQ

Questions we hear a lot

Are you really open 24 hours?

Yes. We're open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Call or text (336) 987-6773 whenever a drain or plumbing problem comes up, and we'll tell you when we can get to you.

Which areas do you serve?

We serve Greensboro, Winston-Salem, High Point, Burlington, and Kernersville, plus Archdale, Clemmons, Elon, Gibsonville, Graham, Jamestown, Lewisville, Oak Ridge, Rural Hall, Summerfield, Walkertown, and Whitsett. If your town isn't listed, call and ask.

Do you have to dig up my yard to clear a sewer line?

Not for a typical clog. If your property has an accessible sewer cleanout, we clear the line from inside the pipe through the cleanout. Digging is only discussed when the pipe itself is broken or collapsed.

Why does my drain keep clogging after I clear it?

Plungers and liquid drain openers often punch a small hole through a clog and leave buildup on the pipe walls, which catches debris again. A clog that keeps returning, or several slow drains at once, can also mean the blockage is further down the line or in the main sewer line.

Should I try a chemical drain cleaner first?

We don't recommend it. Chemical drain openers can damage older pipes and fixtures, rarely remove grease or hair completely, and make the job more hazardous for whoever works on the drain next. If a plunger doesn't help, give us a call.

Do you work on commercial properties?

Yes. Along with homes, we work with restaurants and commercial kitchens (including grease trap cleaning), car washes (wash-bay drains and catch basins), and commercial floor and storm drains.

How much will the job cost?

It depends on what's causing the problem, where it is, and what it takes to fix. We'll explain the work before we start so there are no surprises.

Can I text you instead of calling?

Yes. You can text us at (336) 987-6773. A quick description, plus a photo if it helps, gets things moving.
